Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active jilig account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. jilig employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts.
If jilig determines that a player has created or is operating multiple accounts, jilig reserves the right to suspend or permanently close all associated accounts, void any bets or transactions, forfeit any winnings, and confiscate any bonus funds. Only the original deposited funds may be returned, at jilig's sole discretion.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilig account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held responsible for all transactions, bets, and account activity.
If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must immediately notify jilig customer support. jilig will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access unless such access was caused by a breach of jilig's security systems.
You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
You may request closure of your jilig account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification procedures. Bonus funds and unredeemed promotional credits will be forfeited upon account closure.
jilig accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, and major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, Security Bank, RCBC, and Chinabank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on payment method and account verification status.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jilig account instantly. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours to process depending on the issuing bank. jilig does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may impose transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, unless otherwise approved by jilig. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during business hours. Bank transfers are processed within 24 hours on business days. Withdrawals may be delayed pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspicious activity.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. jilig reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits based on account verification level, payment method, and regulatory requirements. Withdrawal requests may be declined if there are active bonus wagering requirements or if the account has not met minimum turnover requirements.
jilig is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted. jilig reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for large deposits or unusual transaction patterns. Accounts suspected of being used for money laundering will be immediately suspended and reported to relevant authorities.

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or obvious pricing error, jilig reserves the right to void affected bets.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the jilig platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the jilig platform without express written permission from jilig.
To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, jilig shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the jilig platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
jilig's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits you have made to your jilig account in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
jilig is not responsible for losses resulting from: (a) technical failures, internet outages, or device malfunctions; (b) unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain password security; (c) errors or delays caused by third-party payment processors; or (d) any force majeure events beyond jilig's reasonable control.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the jilig platform will immediately cease. Any remaining account balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from Terms violations) will be returned to you after deducting any amounts owed to jilig. jilig reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation of suspected Terms violations.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. jilig operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
In the event of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of jilig, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting jilig customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
